Past experience

The initial 30+ years of his career were working for a variety of retail organizations. During that time his responsibilities ranged from paying college tuition by loading trucks to leading multi-billion dollar supply chains. As a senior executive he has led domestic and international logistics, inventory management, purchasing, facilities maintenance, real estate, construction, supplier management, customer service, and call center operations. He also started a successful 3rd  party logistics company and designed and implemented the supply chain for the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of custom picture framing products.

After moving to consulting in 2009 he led the supply chain management practice for SD Retail (formerly Senn Delaney). In this role he managed numerous engagements involving all phases of the supply chain for a wide range of service models and supplier relationships. All project results exceeded projected outcomes and identified additional exceptional value. He was internally recognized for the depth and versatility of his skill set, the practicality and effectiveness of his work, and his ability to interface with all elements of a client organization.
